Mr. Yip has over 35 years of in-depth knowledge and professional experience. As a CPA, his auditing, accounting and business operations background is extensive. He has expertise in various aspects of business appraisal and dispute resolution. Mr. Yip has taught various continuing education courses for law firms and the University of California, San Diego Extension Program on topics ranging from business valuations to understanding financial statements and economic damage analysis.

Mr. Yip graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
