Kristin Spoon has specialized as a business economist in litigation and consulting services since 1998. Ms. Spoon’s expertise is in the valuation of personal economic loss including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, lost profit analysis, and various commercial matters.

 

She has testified as an expert witness in both deposition and trial, and frequently provides assistance in the review and analysis of opposing economic experts’ economic loss calculations. Her experience includes discovery assistance, analysis of financial records, financial projections, statistical analyses, database management, and Federal Rule 26 reporting.

Ms. Spoon is a cum laude graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Economics.
