Amy M. Clements is a Principal with Torrey Partners and offers her clients over 15 years of experience providing forensic accounting services and personal economic loss analysis to clients.
Ms. Clements’ extensive experience includes providing analysis, consultation and opinions in consulting and personal injury litigation matters since 1997. The scope of services she provides includes discovery assistance, damage quantification, Federal Rule 26 reporting, and trial preparation. Ms. Clements has case experience related to personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and employment disputes including wrongful termination, harassment/discrimination, breach of contract, constructive discharge, wage and hour and professional malpractice. Ms. Clements has evaluated claims in many industries including federal and local government, military, education, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, construction, financial services, commercial fishing, healthcare and professional services.
Ms. Clements graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Louis University with an undergraduate degree in accounting. Prior to joining Torrey Partners, Ms. Clements worked as a tax professional at Arthur Andersen; as a Director at Mack|Barclay; and as a Senior Managing Consultant at LECG.
