Patrick Kennedy, a Managing Director of Torrey Partners, has provided financial and economic analysis in consulting and complex litigation matters since 1996, when he joined Mack|Barclay. He provides his clients with the perspectives of a Stanford-trained Ph.D. economist with a practical perspective gained through his government and private sector experience. Dr. Kennedy identifies, analyzes and clearly communicates core concepts and his conclusions to a variety of audiences.

He provides analysis, consultation, and opinions in business and dispute contexts including discovery assistance, causation analysis, economic and financial analysis, and loss analysis. Dr. Kennedy has extensive experience providing written and oral testimony in Federal and state courts throughout the nation.

Dr. Kennedy received his undergraduate degree in economics from University of California, San Diego and a PhD in economics from Stanford University. Prior to joining Torrey Partners, Dr. Kennedy worked as an economist for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, as a shareholder of Mack|Barclay, and as a Managing Director at LECG.
