Senior Managing Consultant

Brian Minns is a Senior Managing Consultant with Torrey Partners and has provided consulting in a litigation context since employment with Mack|Barclay in 2000.  Mr. Minns provides discovery assistance, financial analysis, damage quantification, and oral and written testimony in Federal and State Superior Courts.

The scope of services Mr. Minns provides includes personal economic loss valuation on matters involving severe personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, wage and hour disputes, employment, professional malpractice, and product liability.  In addition, Mr. Minns consults on forensic accounting, commercial litigation, business valuation, breach of contract, lost profit, marital dissolution, and forensic investigation matters in a variety of industries.

Mr. Minns is licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant.  He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and San Diego State University with Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance.  Prior to joining Torrey Partners, Mr. Minns worked as a 401k Consultant for the Principal Financial Group and in the forensic economic and accounting field as a Managing Consultant and Director.
