Michelle Mangan is a Managing Director of Torrey Partners and offers over 20 years of experience providing economic loss analysis, business consulting, accounting services and other financial advisory services to clients involved in complex litigation and business disputes as well as business management involved in the private sector.

Since 1998, when she joined Mack|Barclay, Ms. Mangan has provided analysis, consultation and opinions in complex litigation and business disputes.  Her scope of involvement includes discovery assistance, damage quantification, forensic accounting investigations and oral and written testimony on matters involving breach of contract, lost profits, unjust enrichment, business interruptions, securities and financial services disputes, loss of earnings and support, employment disputes, insurance bad faith and malpractice.  Ms. Mangan has experience in many industries including, but not limited to, real estate, construction, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and professional services.

Ms. Mangan graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of San Diego with an undergraduate degree in accountancy and a minor in mathematics.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and is Certified in Financial Forensics.  Prior to joining Torrey Partners, Ms. Mangan worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the “Big Four” accountancy firms; as an accounting manager for a San Diego-based, publicly-traded software company; as a Director at Mack|Barclay; and as a Principal at LECG.
