Lauren Gethers is a Managing Consultant at Torrey Partners. She has extensive experience in forensic accounting and matrimonial disputes. The scope of involvement in litigation includes the investigation, analysis, and opposing expert rebuttal as presented through written and oral communications in support of mediation, deposition, and trial. Her marital dissolution experience involves the identification of assets, quantification of historical income, analysis of marital standard of living, tracing of separate and/or community character of assets, and quantification of reimbursements, all performed for use in resolving economic issues presented in the marital dissolution environment.
